Our vision is for every child to enjoy and succeed in mathematics, regardless of background. We believe high-quality, maths-focused professional development for teachers can make this happen.

Schools today face a range of barriers to success. All of which make building and embedding an effective approach to maths teaching more important – and more challenging – than ever. That’s why we’re here to support you.

Our story

We are a non-profit organisation founded in 2012 by Dr Helen Drury – a pioneer of teaching and learning for mastery in UK schools.

Evidence

The programme is based on evidence and practice from international high-performers in maths education – Shanghai and Singapore.

Collaboration

Nothing is more powerful or effective than teachers supporting teachers. Teacher collaboration is key to our programme.
