24 - 27k per annum
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Developing effective relationships with Ark and other service providers.
Supporting Line Managers in the induction of new starters and processing of leavers.
Processing invoices and expenses as required.
Recording and tracking operations spend.
Sourcing and managing training venues including AV, catering, timings etc.
Managing the online booking system and providing support to users.
Working closely with the education team to understand training needs.
Managing front of house queries, including from front partner schools, via phone and email, liaising with the wider team as needed.
Working closely with the other assistants and coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the office including some general office management responsibilities.
Support the Operations Manager in the ongoing development and maintenance of effective operations procedures and systems, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing solutions within the team.

Strong IT skills, with specific skills in using Microsoft Office and other applications and cloud-based systems (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Office365, Salesforce).
