You will play a crucial role in providing high quality management of our training offering, working as part of a small, central team.
Responsibilities in brief
Venue management: sourcing, contracting suitable venues; managing ongoing communication with venues; tracking ongoing venue costs
Delegate management: co-ordinating all delegate communication; monitoring bookings, tracking attendance and overseeing feedback collation; being the main point of contact for training queries.
Booking system: updating our booking system with the details of all training events; working with the Product Analyst on identifying system bugs and recommending improvements; suporting schools using the system.
Training materials: working with the Education team on event resources; overseeing the production of training materials; co-ordinating the couriering of training materials to venues; sourcing and buying Mathematics Mastery branded materials.
Cross functions: supporting the forecasting of the training offering with the wider team to understand training needs, capacity and budgetary factors; creating comprehensive event plans and schedules.

Experience, knowledge and skills
Experience of working as a Training Co-ordinator or a similar role (essential)
Experience of events management (essential)
Experience of venue and delegate management (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
Experience of building good relationships with customers, contacts, suppliers and or across teams
Good IT skills, with specific skill in using Microsoft office applications.
