All users specifically assigned a Toolkit account under their school’s membership will be provided with login details to access teaching and training materials. In order to meet our security requirements we ask that these details are kept confidential. If you think you have forgotten these or that login details have been misused please contact your school MMSL or contact us.
We will track user activity and reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access in the event of unusual usage patterns, or if we feel you have not abided by these terms or the terms agreed to in your Mathematics Mastery partnership agreement.
All user contributions that you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing a user contribution, you grant us the right to disclose to third parties any such material.
User contributions must be accurate and comply with Copyright laws. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any user contributions you submit, and you, not Mathematics Mastery are fully responsible for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness. We are not responsible, or liable to any third-party, for the content or accuracy of any user contributions posted by you or any other user of the Mathematics Mastery website.
Mathematics Mastery cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to this website or the sites to which it links.

Only partnership of the Mathematics Mastery programme allows access to teaching and training resources, and we ask all registered schools to ensure that these materials are not accessed by anyone who does not have the appropriate membership.

- are to be used only for teaching purposes by those who are specifically assigned user accounts via their school’s membership of the Mathematics Mastery programme

- are not to be shared with any other institution or third party who does not have the appropriate membership
